§ 51904. License Required. Any person or business entity engaged in the importation or the sale of areca nut (betel nut) shall be required to obtain a license issued by the Department of Commerce, ABTC Division; provided that this section shall not be construed to supersede any other law relating to licensing of persons and businesses engaged in retail of general merchandise that may include areca nut (betel nut), but shall apply concurrently with any other such laws.
