§ 51905. License Fee. The license specified in 4 CMC § 51904 shall be issued by the Department of Commerce, Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco Control Division, upon application therefore, the license fee shall be $75 for a period of one year for both the importation and selling of areca nut (betel nut).
