§ 51908. Payment of Fees: Revocation. The applicable license fee shall be payable on the day of the application for first time applicants, and on the renewal date for all others. Each license issued by the Department of Commerce, ABTC Division, shall be valid only for twelve calendar months following its effective date. If the license fee is not paid on or before the expiration date, the license shall automatically be suspended and a late renewal fee of $25 per day shall be imposed against the licensee. If payment is made within 31 days after the expiration of license, the Secretary may reinstate the renewal of license. However, if payment is not made for the renewal of license within 31 days after the expiration of license, the license shall automatically be revoked and the Secretary of Commerce shall not issue a license except upon a new original application.
