§ 51912. Licenses: Issuance Restrictions. The Department of Commerce, ABTC Division, shall not issue a license to any applicant that falls into one of the following restrictions: (a) Real Party in Interest. The applicant is not the real party in interest. (b) Minors. The applicant is under eighteen years of age. (c) Prior Revocation. The applicant is a person or business entity that held a license to sell areca nut (betel nut) that was revoked within the prior year by the Secretary of Commerce.
