§ 51913. Disapproval of License Application. The Secretary of Commerce may disapprove an applicant for a license upon findings, through adequate investigation, that such refusal is in the public interest. Where an application for license has been denied pursuant to this section, the person aggrieved by such a denial shall be entitled to a review of the decision pursuant to the procedures established under the Administrative Procedures Act, 1 CMC §§ 9108–9115.
