§ 51916. Enforcement Powers. The Department of Commerce, ABTC Division and the Commonwealth Health Care Corporation, Community Guidance Center, shall be responsible for the enforcement of this chapter, and may enter into a memorandum of understanding to coordinate their enforcement efforts to educate minors about the hazards of areca nut (betel nut).
