§ 5201. Delegation of Authority: Rota and Tinian and Aguiguan. The Mayor of Rota and the Mayor of Tinian and Aguiguan, if so designated by the department head, shall be the administrative heads of their constituencies for the delivery of public services provided by the Commonwealth, and shall have the authority necessary to efficiently and effectively carry out the administration and delivery of public services.
