§ 5202. Delegation of Authority: Duties of Resident Department Heads. The resident department heads on Rota and Tinian and Aguiguan shall make available to the respective mayors all necessary government personnel, equipment, and support in order to make possible the effective execution and enforcement of the mayors’ duties and responsibilities provided in the Constitution and by law.
