§ 53001. Short Title. This chapter may be cited as the “Taulamwaar Sensible CNMI Cannabis Act of 2018.” Source: PL 20-66 § 2(101) (Sept. 21, 2018), modified. Commission Comment: The Commission changed “Act” to “chapter” pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(g). The Commission changed the chapter title to conform with the short title of 1 CMC § 53001. The Commission re-numbered this chapter and its sections pursuant to 1 CMC § 3806(a).
