§ 53016. Licenses and Licensee Representatives. Licensees and licensee representatives may produce, deliver, and possess marijuana items subject to the provisions of this chapter. The production, delivery, and possession of marijuana items by a licensee or a licensee representative in compliance with this chapter shall not constitute a criminal or civil offense under Commonwealth law.
