§ 53030. Prohibition Against Smoking Marijuana in the Presence of Minors. (a) It is unlawful for any person to smoke marijuana in the presence of a person under 21 years of age, with exemptions applied to a medical marijuana patient. (b) A violation of subsection (a) is punishable by a fine of $250 for the first offense, or $1,000 for a second and subsequent offense. Source: PL 20-66 § 2(130) (Sept. 21, 2018), modified.
