§ 53034. License Terms; Licenses Issued for Less than a Year; Determination Fees. (a) Except as otherwise provided in this section, all licenses under this chapter and renewals thereof shall be issued for a period of one year which shall expire on September 30 of each year. (b) Notwithstanding subsection (a), a license issued for the first time to an applicant may be issued for less than a year. The fee for a license issued for less than a year under this subsection is the annual license fee prescribed by this chapter. Source: PL 20-66 § 2(134) (Sept. 21, 2018), modified.
