§ 53035. Delivery of Marijuana. A marijuana producer, micro producer, marijuana processor, or marijuana wholesaler shall deliver marijuana items only to or on a licensed premise. The sale of marijuana items under any license issued by the Commission for retail sales by a licensee shall be restricted to the premises described in the license, but deliveries may be made by the marijuana retailer to consumers pursuant to bona fide orders received on the licensed premises prior to delivery.
