§ 53040. Statements by Marijuana Producers as to Quantities Sold. On or before the 20th day of each month, every marijuana producer shall file with the Commission a statement of the quantities of marijuana flowers, marijuana leaves, and immature marijuana plants sold by the marijuana producer during the preceding calendar month.
