§ 53044. Failure to Maintain Records. (a) No marijuana producer shall falsify the statement required by 4 CMC § 53040. (b) No person shall: (1) Refuse to permit the Commission or any of its representatives to make an inspection of the books and records authorized by this chapter; (2) Fail to keep books of account prescribed by the Commission or required by this chapter; (3) Fail to preserve the books for five years for inspection of the Commission; or (4) Alter, cancel, or obliterate entries in the books of account for the purpose of falsifying any record required by this chapter to be made, maintained or preserved.
