§ 53057. Unlawful Marijuana Extraction; Penalties. (a) No person, other than a licensed marijuana processor complying with this chapter and the Commission regulations, may perform solvent-based extractions on marijuana using solvents other than water or vegetable glycerin. (b) A person who violates this section is guilty of a felony punishable by up to three (3) years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000. Source: PL 20-66 § 2(157) (Sept. 21, 2018), modified.
