§ 53058. Marijuana Laws Supersede and Repeal Inconsistent CNMI Laws. This chapter, designed to operate uniformly throughout the Commonwealth, shall be paramount and superior to and shall fully replace and supersede any and all CNMI laws inconsistent with it.
