§ 53060. Duty of Law Enforcement to Enforce and Inform the Attorney General. The Department of Public Safety and all law enforcement officers within the Commonwealth shall enforce this chapter and assist the Commission in detecting violations of this chapter and apprehending offenders. Each law enforcement officer having notice, knowledge, or reasonable grounds of suspicion of any violation of this chapter shall immediately notify the Department of Public Safety, the Commission, and the Office of the Attorney General of such violation.
