§ 53062. Duty to Notify the Commission of Conviction of Licensee. The CNMI Superior Court and the Attorney General, immediately upon the conviction of any licensee of the Commission of a violation of any provision of this chapter or the violation of any other law of this Commonwealth or local law of any municipality therein, in which violation marijuana had any part, shall notify the Commission thereof. The Attorney General or any law enforcement agency shall notify the Commission of any acts, practices, or other conduct of any such licensee which may be subversive of the general welfare or contrary to the spirit of this chapter and shall recommend such action necessary to revoke the license of the licensee.
