§ 53065. Governor Authorized to Suspend License. In case of invasion, disaster, insurrection, riot, or imminent danger thereof, the Governor may, for the duration of such invasion, disaster, insurrection, riot, or imminent danger thereof, immediately suspend without notice any license in the Commonwealth granted under this chapter.
