§ 53066. Penalties. (a) Except where other punishment is specifically provided for in sections of this chapter, violation of any provision of this chapter is punishable by up to one (1) year imprisonment and a fine of up to $2,500.00. (b) Violation of any regulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter is punishable by up to one (1) year imprisonment and a fine of up to $2,500.00.
