§ 54002. Administration. The CNMI Department of Commerce shall administer the provisions of this Chapter and shall promulgate rules and regulations, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to carry out the purposes of this Chapter. The CNMI Department of Commerce shall promulgate rules and regulations no later than ninety days after the enactment of PL 20-89 into law. Source: PL 20-89 § 3(102) (Feb. 18, 2019), modified.
