§ 54011. Collection. The Department of Finance is responsible for the collection of all fines levied by the Department of Commerce pursuant to 4 CMC § 54008. Provided, however, that ninety percent (90%) of the fines collected shall be reserved for the Department of Commerce and shall be deposited into a revolving fund, which is hereby authorized, which shall be created by the Secretary of Finance separate from the General Fund.
