Form of Number. Each number issued shall consist of the capital letters “CM” identifying the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands as the jurisdiction of principal use followed by not more than four numerals; followed by: (a) PU for pleasure use. (b) CF for commercial fishing. (c) LR for livery or rental boats. (d) CP for carrying passengers for hire. (e) CU for other commercial use. Source: PL 3-25, § 9.
