§ 5458. Comprehensive Safety and Educational Program. The Director of Public Safety may inaugurate a comprehensive boating safety and boating educational program, to establish appropriate advisory committees, and to seek the cooperation of boatmen, the federal government and the other states of the United States. The Director of Public Safety may issue safety certificates to persons who complete courses in boating safety education. Source: PL 3-25, § 26.
