§ 5460. Rules and Regulations. (a) The Director of Public Safety may promulgate rules and regulations with respect to the operation of vessels on any waters within the Commonwealth. (b) Until such time as rules and regulations are adopted, Title 46 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Sections 76, 160, and 162, are hereby adopted as interim regulations governing the provisions and requirements of this chapter.
