§ 5571. Ineligibility for Membership. A person is not eligible for membership on the board who: (a) Is or becomes interested, directly or indirectly, in any business involving the importation, manufacture, or sale of alcoholic beverages; (b) Has not reached the age of 21 years; (c) Has been convicted of any felony and has not been pardoned.
