§ 5579. Records. The board shall cause special records to be prepared of all its meetings, proceedings, and business including the number, class, and kinds of licenses issued, denied, suspended, and revoked, and moneys received and disbursed, which records shall be opened to public examination. The board shall render a report to the Governor 30 days prior to the close of each fiscal year, setting forth the details of all of its activities for the preceding year, based upon such records.
