§ 5582. Procedure for Application Approval. All members shall have the opportunity to consider each license application and shall either approve or disapprove it. The chairman shall review the application first, sending it then to each of the members in turn. A simple majority of the membership shall constitute a quorum and a decision by the majority present shall prevail. Source: MIDC § 11.16.130.
