§ 5598. Revocation or Suspension of License: Temporary. Upon the filing of a sworn written report with the Director or by an inspector setting forth pursuant to any grounds in § 5597 for the suspension or revocation of a license, the Director may temporarily suspend any license pending a regular hearing by the Department. No temporary suspension by the Secretary shall exceed forty-eight hours. The Director shall upon temporarily suspending a license immediately notify the Secretary in writing of his action and transmit to the Secretary the report of the inspector, including the names of all witnesses.
