§ 5634. Penalty.
All violations of this law shall be punished as follows, first violation, $200 fine, second violation $400 fine, and the third violation up to $1000 fine, all subsequent violations shall be punished by up to a $1000 fine and up to 10 days in jail. Commission Comment: When codifying PL 17-13, the Commission did not remove subsection (a) from this penalty section because PL 17-13 did not repeal it.
