§ 5644. Regulations and Enforcement. The Division of Fish and Wildlife shall promulgate rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of this article. The Division of Fish and Wildlife shall enforce the provisions of this article with the assistance of the Department of Public Safety, the Coastal Resources Management, and the Division of Environmental Quality.
