§ 5754. Riding Two Abreast and Use of Bicycle Paths. (a) Persons riding bicycles upon a highway may not ride more than two abreast except on paths or parts of highways set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles. Persons riding two abreast may not impede the normal and reasonable movement of traffic and, on a laned highway, shall ride within a single lane. (b) Wherever a usable path for bicycles has been provided adjacent to a highway, bicycle riders and riders of other human-powered vehicles shall use the path and may not use the highway.
