§ 5904. Operations of Concessions. (a) The Department of Lands and Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation shall be responsible for the issuance of concessions permits for the concessions rights at the Susupe Lake Wildlife Park to qualified person, business, or corporations.* Such concessions shall be in conformity with the development plan of the Susupe Lake Wildlife Park. (b) All money received from the operations of the concessions and other revenue producing activities in the Susupe Lake Wildlife Park shall be deposited in the Commonwealth Parks and Recreation Fund. *So in original.
