§ 5905. Visitors Guidelines and Policy. Consistent with the Development Plan, The Department of Lands and Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation, in consultation with the Division of Fish and Wildlife shall provide policy and guidelines for all visitors to follow and comply with for the protection of endangered and other wildlife species and their habitats while visiting the Susupe Lake Wildlife Park. Pathways around the Susupe Lake shall be constructed in such a way that they do not in any way encroach on or disturb the endangered and other wildlife species' habitat, and to ensure that the endangered wildlife and other species are protected. Information about endangered wildlife species and prohibited activities shall be posted along the pathways and Lake Susupe. The Department of Lands and Natural Resources, Division of Parks and Recreation, and Division of Fish and Wildlife may impose fines and penalties consistent with the enforcement provisions of 2 CMC §5109 and the regulations covering the use of parks and recreational facilities.
