§ 5914. Foreign Investment Review Committee; Appeal. The applicant whose permit has been disapproved shall have up to seven working days in which to appeal the decision of the review committee. The request for appeal shall be made in writing and presented to the secretary. The secretary shall comply with the requirements of the Administrative Procedures Act [1 CMC § 9101 et seq.] regarding the appeals process. Appeals received after the seven days shall be denied.
