§ 5955. Foreign Investment Certificate; Annual report. The holder of a certificate of foreign investment must submit to the secretary an annual report of investment activities in the Commonwealth on or before January of each year. The report shall contain the information necessary for the secretary to determine whether or not the certificate holder is under continuing compliance with the standards of issuance. This report shall be accompanied with an annual financial audit report performed by an independent certified public accountant.
