Transition – Transfer of firearms. Any properly registered firearm in the Commonwealth on the effective date of the Second Special Act for Firearms Enforcement may be transferred in accordance with the Commonwealth Weapons Control Act for 90 days after the Second Special Act for Firearms Enforcement becomes law.
