Short Title. This chapter may be cited as the Commonwealth Controlled Substances Act. Source: 63 TTC § 251. Commission Comment: Many provisions in this chapter are similar to provisions in the Uniform Controlled Substances Act approved by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws in 1970. The uniform act has been adopted (with variations) in several U.S. jurisdictions.
