Exemptions. (a) This chapter shall not apply to the sale of gasoline and other motor fuels if the gasoline or motor fuel is deposited directly into the fuel tank of a motor vehicle, boat or other motorized vehicle. (b) This chapter shall not apply to the use or administration of products or substances containing any chemical material having the property of releasing toxic vapors or fumes for the purpose of medical, surgical, dental or veterinary care by a person duly licensed to administer such products or substances.
