Rescue of Prisoner. Every person who unlawfully, knowingly, forcibly and willfully rescues any prisoner from the custody of any person lawfully having custody thereof is guilty of rescue, and upon conviction thereof may be imprisoned for not more than three years. Source: 11 TTC § 602.
