Identification of Uniforms

Identification of Uniforms. The Director of the Department of Public Safety or his designee shall cause to be published the official uniforms, insignia and badges of the police officers, corrections officers and firefighters in the Commonwealth Register. The Director of the Department of Public Safety or his designee shall cause to be published any changes to the official uniform in the Commonwealth Register. Source: PL 9-10, § 3.
