Findings on Sentencing

Findings on Sentencing. The court, in imposing any felony sentence, shall enter specific findings why a sentence, fine, alternative sentence, suspension of a sentence, community service or probation, will or will not serve the interests of justice. Source: PL 3-71, § 1 (§ 1215).
