Board of Parole: Tenure. The members of the board shall serve for six years, except that of the members first appointed, two shall serve for two years, two shall serve for four years and four shall serve for six years. A board member may be removed from the board if, in the opinion of a majority of the other members, that member has been habitually absent, and has thereby impeded the ability of the board to perform its duties.
