§ 6007. Disclosure Requirement. Within fifty days after an election, all political parties shall file: (a) A statement with all the names and contributions of all persons, as defined in 1 CMC § 6421, contributing in cash or in-kind, except where the aggregate fair market value of an expense or contribution is less than five-hundred dollars, and (b) A detailed statement of campaign spending for expenditures in excess of $100.
