§ 60133. Annual Report of Licensee; Penalty for Failure to Report. (1) On or before March 15 of each year every licensee shall file a report with the secretary giving such relevant information as the secretary may require concerning the business and operations during the preceding calendar year of each licensed place of business conducted by the licensee within the Commonwealth. The report shall be in the form prescribed by the secretary. (2) Every licensee who fails to file any report required under this chapter within the time specified may be subject to a penalty of $100 per day for each day’s delay in addition to any other penalty provided for herein.
