§ 60134. Additional Licenses to Same Applicant. The secretary may issue more than one license to the same licensee if the licensee complies with all the provisions of this chapter governing an original issuance of a license for each such additional license. However, each additional license shall be for a separate and distinct principal place of business for making and completing loans as provided in this chapter. Source: PL 12-36, § 1(6963).
