§ 60137. License Denial Procedure; Hearing. (1) If the secretary denies a license, or proposes to revoke a license, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act, 1 CMC § 9101 et seq. (2) Conduct of hearing, issuance of orders and judicial review of rules and orders shall be as provided in the Administrative Procedure Act, 1 CMC § 9101 et seq. Source: PL 12-36, § 1(6966).
