Surrender of License. Any licensee may surrender any license issued to the licensee by delivering written notice to the secretary that the licensee thereby surrenders the license. However, surrender of the license shall not affect the licensee’s civil or criminal liability for acts committed prior to the surrender. Source: PL 12-36, § 1(6967).
