Absentee Voting: Sick or Disabled Voters. If a registered voter at any election is confined to a home or hospital due to illness or physical disability and unable to go to the polls, that voter nevertheless may vote in accordance with this part and the rules and regulations promulgated by the Commission. The person or member of his or her immediate family or guardian may make a written request, on a form furnished by the Commission, for an absentee ballot by 12:00 o’clock noon on election day.
